Who and what these terms cover

Gromby LLC operates The Vale Method site and the digital products sold through it. The current catalog is The Vale Method at $47 one time; optional Reels Vault and 30-Day Posting Plan order bumps at $27 and $37 one time; the AI Wealth Asset Engine upsell at $97 one time; and the Owned Path Mini-Kit downsell at $29 one time. Vale Circle is currently a waitlist only and cannot be purchased. The product and pricing shown at checkout control if they change.

Checkout, payment, and delivery

Payment is processed through Stripe hosted checkout. Gromby LLC does not receive or store your full card number. After Stripe confirms payment, access instructions and digital delivery may be sent to the email address you provide using Mailgun. Keep that address accurate and contact support if a delivery message does not arrive. You may not use another person's email or payment method without permission.

Vale Circle is not accepting payments

Vale Circle is currently a waitlist only. Joining the waitlist does not start a trial, create a membership, or authorize a charge. If a paid membership opens later, its checkout will state the price, billing frequency, included service, and cancellation terms before payment. For questions, email vivian@valearchitect.com . One-time purchases do not renew and are not converted into membership.

Open the system, review the method, and use the included materials with a safe, redacted source within 14 days. If you cannot produce one editable first-asset draft from the information you provide, contact support through your receipt for a full refund. This covers clarity and access—not reach, income, or another person’s behavior.

This guarantee covers access, clarity, and use of the included materials only. It is not a promise of income, reach, followers, leads, sales, promotion, platform approval, or any other external outcome. Optional bumps and later offers follow the refund terms shown with those offers and are not automatically included in the core guarantee.

Use of the materials

A paid customer receives a personal, non-exclusive license to use the purchased digital materials for their own work. Do not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the files or access links as a substitute for purchasing them. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted draft before publishing it and for complying with the rules of the platform where you use it. Do not upload passwords, private keys, payment credentials, health records, or confidential client or employer information.

Educational scope and limits

Vivian Vale is an editorial teaching character, not a real client, creator, advisor, or financial success story. The materials are general education about content systems and online work. They are not medical, financial, legal, employment, therapeutic, or relationship advice. You make your own decisions and accept the risks of publishing, operating a business, and using third-party platforms. Results vary and are never guaranteed.
